The COA meets alternate months, starting in March with the AGM, always followed by a special recital. Our last meeting is in November. Click on a date on the home page to read about forthcoming meetings and news.
Not all our members are organists but membership is made up of folk who simply enjoy music. Meetings therefore reflect the membership and so as well as an organ recital there might well be a male voice choir, lady soloist or a talk.
The COA has always been a pioneer in providing a good tea between the two sessions with some savoury food as well as something sweet! A nice relaxed tea gives us chance for a friendly chat with other members.
The first session is always at 3 and after a short business meeting and tea the second session follows at about 4.45 with the afternoon coming to an end about 5.30. This gives us all plenty of time to get home and relax before any Sunday duties.
